Thermal imagery

Thermal video
Thermal video clips up to 60 seconds long for tracking movement and changing heat across a site.
Tasking
Standard Tasking captures your site within a date range, and Assured Tasking books a specific pass at the highest priority. Captures can be held back from the public catalog for a set period.

Deliverables
Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF images, including a stacked image with a cleaner signal, plus STAC JSON metadata, a usable data mask and PNG previews for standard GIS tools.
Where SatVu fits
Drones and optical satellites show what a site looks like. SatVu satellites measure heat in the mid-wave infrared, which shows whether equipment, plants and facilities are running, idle or changing, during the day and at night. At up to 3.5 m resolution, that is far sharper than free thermal sources such as Landsat (about 100 m), and it reaches sites anywhere in the world without sending a crew.
HotSat-2 launched in March 2026, and SatVu plans further satellites to increase how often each site can be revisited.
